Im Soo Hyang and Ji Hyun Woo
Im Soo Hyang and Ji Hyun Woo are reuniting for the second time in the upcoming extended family drama “Beauty and the Devoted”. It is the story of a beautiful young actress whose career hits rock bottom. In the depths of her despair, she meets a successful producer who vows to help her restart her career . “Beauty and the Devoted” is a 50 episode drama that will premiere on March 23rd.
Lee Naeun
Former APRIL member Lee Naeun will appear in the upcoming action thriller “i Shopping”. Based on a popular webtoon by the same name, the drama will tell the story of a group of young people who have all been abandoned by their adoptive parents. An adoption broker organization will step in to try to help them find stable homes. “i Shopping” will air some time later this year.
Lee Young Ae
After more than 20 years, Lee Young Ae will be reprising her role as Dae Jang Geum from the popular historical drama “Jewel of the Palace”. The upcoming sequel, “Uinyeo Dae Jang Geum” will follow the life of Jang Geum as she serves as a female physician. “Uinyeo Dae Jang Geum” is scheduled to begin filming in October with the hope of airing some time early next year.
Jung Eun Chae
Jung Eun Chae will be joining Kim Tae Ri, Shin Ye Eun, Ra Mi Ran, and Moon So Ri in the upcoming historical drama “Jeong Nyeon”. Based on a webtoon of the same name, this drama tells the story of a talented young woman with a beautiful voice but no connections or wealth to back it up. She stakes everything on her talent by joining a traditional women’s theater company. “Jeong Nyeon” is scheduled to air some time in October.
Xiumin, Exy, Lee Sae On, and Lee Soo Min
EXO’s Xiumin, WJSN’s Exy, Lee Sae On, and Lee Soo Min will star in the upcoming fantasy rom-com “Restaurant Heo”. The drama tells the story of a Joseon man who mysteriously travels 400 years into the future and wanders into a small, struggling restaurant, where he begins cooking. The story timeline will follow both past and present. “Restaurant Heo” plans to begin airing some time later this year.

TWICE promises to never fall apart in their new English pre-release single “I GOT YOU”. This sweet tribute to the group’s friendships and their devoted fans, is a calming soft pop track. Atmospheric synth and simple, clear drum beats back up the ethereal sounding vocals to give the song a peaceful vibe. The MV shows the members in sunny and cozy vacation sites as they enjoy just being together.

Stuck In The Middle
BABYMONSTER gets emotional in their new English pre-release single “Stuck In The Middle”. Showing a whole different sound from their bombastic single “Batter Up”, the group has gone with a sweet, traditional pop ballad. The easy piano flourishes allow room to showcase the new group’s vocal talent and gives each member some defining moments to really shine. VANNER is living their la vida loca in their new single “JACKPOT”. This gutsy alternative rock track has traces of hip-hop and old style blues rock. It has a playful energy that makes the song boistrous and fun, while the electric guitar gives the verses a vibrancy that feels contagious. The thrilling MV shows the members in a sting operation in some backroom gambling establishment.

Super Lady
((G)I-DLE) is ready to shoot in their new single “Super Lady”. This powerful EDM track channels confident female energy and charisma. The young romantic drama “Our Love Triangle” premiered on January 30th. A university student makes a new friend working on a project together. But just when she thinks she may be falling for him, an old crush from her past shows up to confuse her feelings. Now she will have to decide which one really has her heart.
