Lee Tae Hwan
Actor Lee Tae Hwan began his military training on June 27th. Following his basic training, Lee Tae Hwan will be reporting as an active duty soldier. He took to instagram to update his fans on his departure and promised he will be brave and mature as he grows through this new experience. We wish him a safe and speedy return.

Cha Seo Won And Gongchan
Cha Seo Won and Gongchan will be starring together in the upcoming BL romantic comedy “Unintentional Love Story”. Based on the manhwa of the same name, the story will follow a couple who agree to pretend they are in a relationship for business purposes. But life takes an unexpected twist when their feelings become real. “Unintentional Love Story” will air some time later this year.
Son Hyun Joo and Jang Seung Jo
Son Hyun Joo and Jang Seung Jo have confirmed that they will be reprising their starring roles for the upcoming sequel of the mystery crime drama “The Good Detective”. The stars will be joined by season one cast mates Cha Rae Hyung, Jung Soon Won, Kim Ji Hoon, and Kim Myung Joon. This realistic look at life as a detective will focus again on the members of Violent Crimes Team Two. “The Good Detective” will begin airing on July 6th.
Lee Jung Eun and Kim Dong Hwi
Lee Jung Eun and Kim Dong Hwi will be joining the starring cast of the upcoming sequel to the mystery thriller “Missing: The Other Side”. Go Soo, Heo Joon Ho, Ahn So Hee, and Ha Jun will all be back in their season 1 roles as well. The drama is about a supernatural village full of the souls of people who went missing during their lives. For season 2, they will find a new village and the production team promises a richer and more healing story. “Missing 2″ will air some time later this year.

Actress Jang Nara married her non-celebrity boyfriend on June 26th in a beautiful outdoor wedding surrounded by friends and family. Many of the actresses past cast mates were in attendance to help the new couple celebrate, including Jung Yong Hwa, who dedicated a song to them on their happy day. Congratulations to the bride and groom. We wish them a long and happy future together.

Following the “hiatus” announcement for supergroup BTS, j-hope is the first member to kick off a full solo album, and he is showing us his passion in his new single “MORE”. The grunge rock track is full of grit and angst and it gives off a much heavier vibe than his usual bright and upbeat songs. The MV shows the singer in a hallway full of doors. Each door seems to represent a piece of his life or personality. Fans were quick to notice a shoutout to his bandmates as the sunlight casts a bright spot in the shape of the BTS logo.

Heize doesn’t care any more in her new single “Undo”. The funky city-pop inspired track is cool and smoky. This mellow yet groovy sound is perfect for Heize and her vocals float smoothly throughout. The MV shows the singer in a convenience story as she tries to forget about her broken heart and move on with her life.

Don’t Wait
SUPER JUNIOR is reliving the 50’s in their new single “Don’t Wait”. The retro pop rock track has a fun finger-snapping appeal that is lively and upbeat. The layered vocals show off SUPER JUNIOR’s ability to blend their voices into a rich texture. The MV shows the band getting sucked into an old fashioned dance contest and the fight for a beautiful woman’s attention. But they end up getting a shocking surprise!

Heart Burn
SUNMI is soaking up the sun in her new single “Heart Burn”. This breezy pop track is low key and minimal with it’s light guitar and percussion. Despite having a summery theme, the song is subdued and moody, rather than bright and upbeat like many summer anthems. The MV shows the singer as she travels through time having beatiful summer romaces. But like her own personal version of the super villain Poison Ivy, all the men die of a mysterious fever after spending time with her.

BTOB’s Lee Min Hyuk is aiming high with his new single “Boom”. This intense dance trap track carries heavy bass and crisp percussion. The rap verses snap and pop and the singing vocals are smooth and dynamic. The MV is dark and full of deep red and orange tones. The choreography exudes power and charisma.
